These are a few of my favorite things

I've written previously about the various ways in which we killed parasites (deworming ourselves being the thing that brought us lasting recovery). But there are many supplements that we took (and still take) that boosted our immune systems and/or filled us with healing nutrition. Here are my top three of those supplements.

1. Out of all the supplements we've tried, this is my number one thing I won't be without:

(I'm sending the amazon links because the customer review feature is wonderful for learning more about a product.)

This multi-vitamin is made from fruits and veggies so the body recognizes the contents and utilizes them completely (unlike synthetic vitamins). The "plus detox" part of the name refers to the ingredient chlorella, which binds up and eliminates things floating around in the body that don't belong there. Detox is just a polite word for "it will make you poop," so don't be surprised by that.

2. Restore4Life is my second-favorite-supplement:

In a nutshell, Restore4Life is soil microbes that we are missing because of modern farming practices; those microbes are essential to cell communication. When cell communication breaks down (between gate-keeper cells in the gut) debris leaves the gut and enters the bloodstream, keeping the immune system on a constant slow simmer as it tries to get rid of the debris. To learn more about this, and to see some really good research and development, check out Dr. Zach Bush (he has also been a cancer researcher) on youtube. Here's a link to one of his videos talking the research behind this product: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ea-VzpdKwrc

3. Thirdly, TruNiagen . . .

Here is an article explaining what this supplement is and what it does (which, in a nutshell, is: repairs damaged mitochondria). Even though I found this product late in my recovery, I could still tell it gave me an increase in  energy from the first day I started taking it. Your body is longing for this product.
